Rwandan Educational Enrichment was created in 2019— a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization which collaborates widely with Rwandan schools, individuals, and communities to improve their educational programs, financial stability, and overall health.
Our Mission:
We believe in the transforming power of education. As Nelson Mandela affirmed, we believe that each step of the way from personal development to nation-building to battling global climate change, education is our strongest tool for making a better, more just world. Rwandan Educational Enrichment supports students in underserved, mostly rural, Rwandan schools by enriching sports, music, vocational, early childhood, and teacher education. We fund new campus buildings, infrastructure such as water tanks and playgrounds, and livestock. Beyond PK-12 campuses, we help young adults fulfill personal ambitions and become more self-reliant financially by awarding grants for post-secondary education and microbusinesses. We help rural Rwandans of all ages lead healthier lives by battling poverty wherever possible in their local communities, focusisng on health care and nutrition.
